This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping practices for purchases made from Creative Jo, a brand operated by ATZ-Motion Ltd. We aim to get your beautiful laser-cut items to you safely and efficiently.

Where We Ship

 

  • United Kingdom: We currently ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom.

  • International Shipping:

    We also offer international shipping to select countries. Please enter your address at checkout to see if we ship to your location       and to view applicable shipping costs.

Order Processing Time

 

  • Ready-to-Ship Items: Orders for items we have in stock typically ship within 3-5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).

  • Made-to-Order / Custom Items: Many of our items are made to order, or are personalised. For these items, please allow 5 business days for creation before dispatch. You'll find specific lead times on the individual product pages.

  • You will receive a Dispatch Confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Costs

 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.

  • UK Standard Delivery: [e.g., £3.95 flat rate, or calculated by weight]

  • UK Express Delivery: [e.g., £6.95 flat rate, or calculated by weight]

  • Free UK Shipping: We offer free UK standard shipping on all orders over £70.00

  • International Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight/size.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

 

We use reliable carriers to ensure your order arrives safely.

  • UK Standard Delivery (Royal Mail 2nd Class / Evri Standard):

    • Estimated Delivery: 2-4 business days after dispatch.

  • UK Express Delivery (Royal Mail 1st Class / Evri Next Day):

    • Estimated Delivery: 1-2 business days after dispatch.

  • International Standard Delivery: If applicable, state: e.g., Royal Mail International Standard, estimated 5-10 business days after dispatch, depending on destination.

  • International Tracked/Signed: If applicable, state: e.g., Royal Mail International Tracked, estimated 3-7 business days after dispatch, depending on destination.

Please Note: These delivery times are estimates provided by the carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances, peak seasons, or local postal service issues.

Order Tracking

 

  • UK Standard Delivery: All orders are sent with tracking. You will receive a tracking number in your Dispatch Confirmation email.

  • UK Express Delivery: Tracking is always provided. You will receive a tracking number in your Dispatch Confirmation email.

  • International Orders: Tracking is provided for all international orders, and you'll receive the tracking number in your Dispatch Confirmation email.

 

Customs, Duties & Taxes (for International Orders Only)

  • For orders shipped outside the UK, please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country.

  • These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Creative Jo Ply (ATZ-Motion Ltd) has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

  • We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an international order. Customs clearance procedures can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

 

Lost or Damaged Items

 

  • In the unfortunate event that your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at joanna@creativejoply.co.uk or office@atz-motion.co.uk within 7 days of your expected delivery date (for lost items) or receipt (for damaged items).

  • Please provide your order number and, for damaged items, clear photographs of the damage to the item(s) and the packaging.

  • We will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier and work with you to find a satisfactory resolution, which may include a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

 

Incorrect Shipping Address

 

  • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is provided at checkout.

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to re-send the order.

  • If a refund is requested for an order returned due to an incorrect address, the original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
